Each cycle starts with a short strategy check-in to confirm topics, then your scheduled production day(s). Once editing wraps, everything is delivered together in one batch so you only have to sit down and review once. A quick approval on your end and it's ready to post. Outside of the shoot itself, your time involvement is about 1-2 hours a month.

If you're already posting inconsistently, or not posting at all because you don't have the time or bandwidth to create content yourself — that's usually the clearest sign. A retainer works best for businesses that know consistent content matters, but don't want to become their own content team just to keep up. If you're not sure which tier fits, or whether monthly or quarterly makes more sense for you, that's exactly what the Discovery Call is for. A short, no-pressure conversation where we look at your business, and decide together whether this is the right fit.

Every first time retainer starts on a 3 month contract, and then develops into 6, or 12 month contracts upon re-evaluation after the initial 3 months. All quarterly contracts are either 2 quarters, or 4 quarters (1 year) long. 30 days' notice is required to pause or cancel.
