COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION
Custom-scope video and photo production for larger companies and agency partners.
Some projects can't be templated. That's the point.
Brand Foundation Blueprint and Content Retainers are built to be repeatable. The same structure, same pricing, every time. Bigger commercial work doesn't fit that mold. Broadcast spots, brand films, multi-location shoots, agency partnerships — the scope, crew, and timeline change with every project, so the investment does too.
Project Types
If it's bigger in scope, it likely fits here.
Broadcast & commercial spots · Corporate brand films · Agency subcontract & partner production · Multi-location and multi-day shoots · Event coverage · Large-scale photography campaigns
Don't see your project listed? If it's outside the standard scope of BFB or a retainer, it likely belongs here. Reach out and we'll figure out where it fits.
THE PROCESS
Built the same way, scaled to the project.
1 Project Inquiry
Tell us about the project by filling out the inquiry form below.
2 Discovery Call
Scope, goals, and fit, tailored to what you submitted.
3 Pre-Production
Creative treatment and planning call(s) as needed for larger or multi-stage projects.
4 Production
On-site or multi-day, scaled to the project.
5 Edit & Delivery
Edit, collaborative revisions, delivery in an agreed upon timeline.
The Investment
Every project is quoted individually.
Because scope varies so much at this level based on crew size, locations, timeline, usage rights — commercial projects are priced individually rather than packaged. Submit a project inquiry below and we'll follow up with next steps, such as a Discovery Call to talk through the desired scope of the project.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes, a good portion of commercial work comes through agency partnerships and subcontract production.
-
There's no fixed minimum, but this tier is generally built for larger-scope projects. If your project is smaller, the Brand Foundation Blueprint or a Content Retainer may be a better fit — happy to help figure out which is best.
-
Timeline depends on the scope of the project and your deadline. For most projects, you'll have a first version within 1–2 weeks of the shoot. Rush delivery is available if you're on a tighter timeline, at an increased rate.
“We've worked with Hay Visuals on a number of video projects and have always had a great experience. They're professional, reliable, and consistently deliver high-quality footage. They communicate well, are easy to work with on set, and have a great eye for capturing the right moments. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hay Visuals to anyone looking for a talented videographer.”
